The Devils (1971)
Over-the-top surreal chronicle of 17th century witchcraft. Highly sexual,
graphically violent cult favorite is a must-see for none-too-squeamish viewers in the mood
for extremely offbeat, crazed, frenzied fare. Typical Ken Russell movie.

Warlock (1991)
This 1991 film is one of those "you either like it or don't" kind of
films. Julian Sands is enough to make us like it, he plays his role well. An evil,
eons-old warlock torments Los Angeles. Fast pacing, good effects, and clever moments raise
this above most horror flicks.

The Witches Of Eastwick (1987)
This black comedy is about a trio of women conjuring up the perfect man by
accident. Kind of silly but a strong cast and an entertaining story make up for it as well
as good Hollywood production values, a mix of ribald humor with erotic reveries.
Stars: Jack Nicholson, Cher, Michelle Pfeiffer, Susan Sarrandon
Director: George Miller
Rating: R Runtime: 118 minutes |
